After you click on them, they will be highlighted. Open the menu and "Browse". That will open their Bazaar.

When you target a player-character, open your main menu. On the top third of the menu, you'll see new options such as Check and Browse. If they have items in their Bazaar, select Browse and that will open the Bazaar menu.

Hope you find a Good LS.
It seems a lot of them have been slowly diminishing. I've been one of the lucky few in Mysidia whose LS have been slowly growing because of this. Can't wait to see how Companies will turn out!

why can't they add the Crtl+C like the FFXI. That's so much more convinient than going to menu and browse :(. the CRTL+C is/was useful and it'd be even useful now since most good items are from bazaar..

Personally I've bound Browse Bazaar to an unused key, 'Y'.

It and others can be found in Configuration/Keyboard/Other.

Oops didn't read, the post above already explained the bind keys. The only thing I can add is in the last other menu to scroll down to see all the options. I set mine to "B" I think so I would remember Browse whenever I ran past someone.

On a side note if a key is already assigned to a function you have to first select another key for that function to free up that key. Kind of a inconvenient process they should really just make it swap keys, but oh well.
