Imperial Centurion -
http://k.min.us/jkwBxc.png (High end of the Garlean forces?)

Hellhound -
http://k.min.us/jkw9oW.png (has what looks like a 3 pronged tail, not the wolf/jackal model)

Ascian-
http://k.min.us/jk0Yb0.png

Couerl -
http://k.min.us/jkwYO2.png (never seen one look this monstrous)

Gunblade-

Gargoyle-
http://k.min.us/jkw9oU.png (looks similar to XI)

Also it seems like all the beast tribes have specific class names like XI...not sure if they were there before, or just general race names. There are even a few seemingly NM names for Goblin, Kobold, Amal'jaa and Ixali tribes.

I know that at least the Centurion and Gunblade have been around at least in concept form since summer 2010. They were used in a lot of the press kits.

Hot **** THOSE are enemies. Classic Couerl's, Faceless metal clad soldiers with gunblades, DAT LICH. Game art is so incredible but it's going to be so long before we get to fight half that stuff.

Been in the dats for awhile and some things added after the post launch updates. It's tricky getting the model viewer to work, but for the most part you could see quite a bit even in text (goblins, flan_FFXI, raptor_FFXI etc.)

The Ascian was part of the storyline, so yeah, it was implemented with the initial release of the game.

Honestly, other than very small tweaks, there probably hasn't been much of anything that has been implemented because of Yoshi-P.
He said himself in an interview that he's only been on the team for 3-4 months, and that in that time he's just getting the hang of what the team is capable of completing. What he HAS done is probably helped organize and prioritize the team into a unified plan for the future. He's also responsible for listening directly to the player base and making plans based on what we want; although most of these changes are still some ways away.

Hellhound, Coerul, Gargoyle are not implemented yet as far as I know. The rest were implemented through the Main Mission line.

Ascian is in Rank 30 Main Line mission

The Centurion soldiers and the gunblade come from final 'current' main mission. The gunblade is used by the officer that shows up towards the end
