Hello.

Thanks for the feedback.
1.17 patch will be tomorrow, will be changed from 15 to eight the number of people as the largest party guide.

This is due to changes in the main, on the balance of combat, some adjustment is made in other NM, to organize the party people (at 4 and 8 at 7) to improve the status of some Bonus will now be added.

As for Behest the start of a current time interval will be changed to every 30 minutes. For more information, please visit the patch notes will be released tomorrow morning.

Lets go play aggressively at the party but the new system, I'd appreciate your continued feedback.

I hope they add some sort of limit to only being able to play once per hour, or it's likely to be the same people doing it over and over and some not getting an opportunity.

Other than that, it should be good!

I'm quite pleased with the change on the schedule..
Also.. with the surplus system it would be pointless to limit the partecipation to behest.. it would be like adding a limit to a limit.. one is enough..

Heres an idea maybe people should play in other areas than just the crystals around uldah. If you want to be sure you can play behest 2 times per hour start playing near gridania or limsa. Just because the camps around uldah are crowded doesnt mean SE should put restrictions on everyone.

What a great 18th post, welcome to the forums. You'll fit right in, they're full to the brim with unappreciative idiots.

So I've checked the Japanese forums, google-translated them, notified you for your convenience and now, FINALLY (what the **** is wrong with me, right?) linked the moonrunes.

Anything else you need? Shoeshine?

I read the post you linked, and I don't see any mention of behest. It only mentions the new notorious monsters. If you have the link for your original post I'd gladly take a crack at translating it if the google translation seems inadequate.

The notes are up today for those in the west, I imagine it says tomorrow because of the time-zone difference. Excited to see what comes up!

Yeeees! I was actually speaking earlier to a leve-group "Man it would be awesome if behest was changed to every 30min for epic EXPage". Also as an aside this is doubly awesome for me because the patch comes at the end of my last shift leading into a 5 day off stretch :D, so thanks SE for that totally Unintentional(Id hope..otherwise i need a tinfoil hat) timing of the update.

If anyones on Bodhum and wants to avoid the congestion at Horizon and other Thanalan area camps, come down to The Black Shroud, ill probably be arsing around there and doing Behests..Free Grilled Carp if you see me and mention this post!(seriously..^^)

To be honest, personally, I'm completelly oposed to this move.

Behest was a way for the "soft-core", casual players to have something meaningfull to do for a few minutes along with leves and be able to catch up to the other players which spend more time playing.

As it is currently you already have quite a number of players that prefer to stay at camp waitting for Behest instead of going out into the world and do actual parties. By reducing the down time by half (and probbaly still getting SP bonus) SE will only reinforce this practice.

This will cause more people to do behest, causing more people not to be able to and overall is only another way for people to get to 50 just doing the same thing and not experiencing new ways of fighting.

Well, you could also see it the other way and say that it makes is easier for the casual playerbase to do it without having to make sure they're there at the right time specifically. Also the reason it's every 30 minutes is because only a max of 8 people can do it per camp each time, so I don't really expect it to affect anything else.

Besides, I'm sure once the party system is reworked and dungeons are included (and companies? No idea how they impact on gameplay), Behest will be totally forgettable by most people because it's such a small feature.

As long as Behest keeps giving 1000SP per mob it will never become forgetable as a rank up choice.

As long as there is no LFG status, no player search and no "SP Party" option in the current party search tool, you can't blame casual players for wanting to join the only easily found group content available.

And commitment free! Seriously I'll craft for 50 minutes, join behest, repeat for an hour or two sometimes. It's nice because if something comes up, no big deal. In a party, currently you have to find people even willing to party, then you have to hope everyone gets the right leves unless you're up to Raptors and such... otherwise people are very reluctant to party for non-leves.

I don't think it's too much to ask to provide the tools and incentive balance needed to create a regular SP party at any level.
