I will trash my FFXIVFollow

Statement mentioned above is my third time to request an issue to the Square Enix Support Center, but it look likes that i don't have any luck about it. I never played at once because of that cc method payment which im not used. Before i buy my FFXIV DVD i was expecting that i can play it directly because its free for 30 days, unlikely its complected because you have to provide first your cc or any other option of payment to activate your character slot.

I love to be a part of FFXIV, but they push me to trash it, so do I.

So you don't want give them your credit card info? I take it english isn't your first language but are you coming here to ask for help or just pointlessly whine?

This game was not originally set up as a Free to play and they do plan on charging eventually, you aren't going to be out any money by giving them your CC info.

This is a subscription game, they need your CC info even if they won't charge you a penny on it. If you don't like that you should of never bought a subscription MMO in the first place and furthermore you are no loss to them with such an attitude anyway.

Don't take it wrong but Online games have been around for a while and most people is aware about the tricky/fishy payment options, some are better and some are... crista based, the point is that you should do a deeper/better research before burning 80 bucks in a game, otherwise you put yourself in a corner.

I'd give it a try with EU support though, they may be able to offer you some sort of alternative.

Working in Customer SErvice for the last 7 years, I can advsie you that for security and privacy reason some issues cannot be dealt over email, as such a lot of time when you contact a centre they just reply to you requesting you to call them on the phone.

Assuming you are asking information regarding your personal account and payment methods this is exactly one of these cases.

Stop whining and decide whether you want to help yourself to resolve this. If so then call them, thats what they said they needed to be able to help you.

I did what you said, Square Enix Support Centre has been reactivate my account without any delay's in just 2 minutes. i can access my account now. thanks for your advise hugus... :)
