My advice would be to not sully your experience with this by playing it in it's current state. Wait about 3-5 months so that you won't be playing a boring game and totally ruin your experience to the point that you vow never to return.

...what if I'm fine with playing right now despite the flaws and am having a perfectly fun time?

I completely agree that if you hate the game in its current state so much that you'll end up never playing again, then yes it probably would be worth it to try leaving and coming back after a few more content patches, maybe when they get the Job system in place and balanced and have a good number of instances up and running. But if you're OK with playing the game the way it is now and it isn't ruining it for you... what's the harm in it?

No, OP, you don't understand.

You need to make an accompanying Youtube video containing a 3x3 tile layout of games that aren't FFXIV.

I think that makes up the majority of the game's "Community".

Its personal preference and all, but yes we need to educate WoW players that this is OUR game, these are Characters and not Toons. Time to beat that into them one at a time.

That's fine for you, but the rest of us have higher standards than "watching grass grow" for entertainment.

I dunno. I think those instances will really tie the game together.
