Ironically PS3 is 59.99, releasing this Christmas :P

Still, 19.99 is a good buy. You can also buy Star Trek Online for 9.99 ;)

Like Final Fantasy XI, the game specs will be extremely high for the time, but in about 5 years, an average machine can run it on max settings with little to no issues. Tanaka also expressed interest in making a benchmark program available.

A crappy travel journal, and a birth certificate.

Just a note--GameStop is not really selling it. Yes, they have low on-line prices, but not that it's perpetually "not available." Their in-store prices are, AFAIK, much higher, if you can even find it. This is true for a lot of retailers--just a few months ago Wal*Mart had it for full price in stores, yet on-line had it for $30 (the SE, that is, which is about the price Amazon.com has been selling it for in the US). I got it for $25 on Amazon a few months back, and I haven't seen it cheaper many places.

If you like to browse brick and mortar game stores, you might find it cheaper in a bargain bin from time to time. I had no luck with that personally.

I picked it up at gamestop last week. Online it said $15 and told me what stores had copies. When i went i traded in another game and they had a deal for trade ins, so i only ended up paying $2.49 cash for the game. So the game only cost me $11.50 and they had a bunch of copies.
