I would like to draw your attention to one pertinent flaw in the video:
Your PGL used Simian Thrash.
Tell your PGL not to use Simian Thrash, even for a video.
Even for fun.
Simian Thrash is a debauched squandering of AP and TP. It crosses the line from indulgent to dangerous. I mean, does he actually use that thing regularly? Your LS must have extremely low standards to permit PGLs, who have had 50 ranks to perfect their art, to foolishly hurl a curtain of digits at an enemy in a foul mockery of "dealing damage." It is a wonder how a PGL, so far gone into dementia that he would consider introducing Simian Thrash to his action bar, managed to seize the monster's attention in the first place. This alone speaks volumes on the quality of the rest of your LS. But, oh, he is solo, you say; if this is the case, why would anyone need to participate in an LS like yours, where everyone just bumbles about solo? While using Simian Thrash, no less! Maybe if your LS were more tightly knit this travesty could have been prevented.
Don't you see what is happening here? This one person, this one wayward pugilist, is unraveling the integrity of your whole LS. Thread. By. Thread.
My recommendation is to clamp down on this sh*t, and clamp down hard. Start by editing the PGL's sequence from the video; you hopefully still have the original cut of the video on your HDD and can simply cut it with your preferred editor and re-upload to YouTube. If not, you could rip the video from YouTube and edit the rip as necessary.
The next step is quarantine: break all ties with the afflicted PGL as soon as possible and instruct others to do the same. Smash pearls, add to blacklists, the works. You may also consider preparing a secondary character to bot a /shout loop in Ul'dah warning others outside your LS. There is no cure for Simian Thrash; the only thing you can do is isolate, isolate, isolate.
There is another step, and it is a supererogatory one: educate. Stop Simian Thrash before it even starts. Hold LS support sessions for upcoming PGLs to prepare them for R50. Remind them that you can't get addicted to Simian Thrash by using it only once, but it is better to avoid it altogether. Provide alternatives to Simian Thrash, such as Haymaker II and Jarring Strike II. Point out the importance of shrewd TP management: optimizing TP spent for benefits gained. Identify for them the deceptive practices of Simian Thrash, such as inflated numbers on low-level mobs, or illusionary amounts of damage inflicted due to a flurry of overlapping numbers.
I see you care enough about your LS to make a 2-minute video about @#%^-all, so the least you could do is help them in some practical way.
Edit: The rest of the video is OK.
