why cant i log in???? is besaid under maintenance today or something???!! and also how can i change my log in language at first it was in english then suddenly turned into japanese...

finally found what the problem was... apparently SE thought my account was used by third parties so they didnt let me access my account, i only had to change my password to access my account again...
