Repairing ArmorFollow

This seems to be a big deal. I tried to level crafts up to cover repairs myself, but it hardly seems possible unless I want to spend more time crafting than leveling.

NPCs only repair to 75%. I get that, but what % is "omg you need to repair"? If it's 50, that seems kinda meh imo.

So how do I get my armor repaired? :/

At 50% wear the bar at the bottom will go yellow, but the gear is still fine. At 30% there will be a yellow border around the item icon. At this point the benefit from the item will start to reduce. At 20% the border will turn red and the benefit will be drastically reduced (note you won't get a visible indication of reduced stats on your attributes but you may take more damage). So the "omg you need to repair" is 20% or less.

To get your gear repaired by someone else, simply go to the item in your inventory and then on the pop-up menu choose "seek repairs". You can then set the reward. However much you choose to put there is up to you, but a rule of thumb it is put the Grade of the dark matter needed x1000 auro, or if you have the dark matter in your inventory you can offer it as the reward. Once you have it set up, you will have a hammer icon next to your name so people will know to check your bazzar for repairs. If you stand in a place with much traffic or near the Repair NPC in town the repair should be fairly quick.

So wait, your armor doesn't start to have reduced stats until 50, then 25? So if your the level of said equipment, it shouldn't be a big deal at 75%. I've noticed if you're at the level or above the armor/weapon degrades very slowly.

Thanks for the help :D

The price of repairs from NPCs, as well as the price of dark matter are being reduced in 1.19.

Also, repairs will be up to 99% from NPCs... So, don't bother leveling those crafts, unless you want to for other reasons!

To be correct, stat diminishing doesn't start until at 33% (yellow border) but even then it's minimal. Red (forgot %, I believe it's 25%) signify more diminishing and red should be when you should repair.
