I've been playing FFXIV with my cousin for awhile now, and my other cousin wishes to try it out too. If there are any buddy passes out there that someone has extra, it would truly make the game even better for me. Please PM me or email me at ryaneklipse@yahoo.com

Or you could just spent the $1.99 it costs at retailers now to get it?

I swear I've seen this exact message posted here already, just with a different strange-sounding-name e-mail address.

Look: just tell your cousin's cousin to buy the game; you should be able to come up with $20 between the three of you. @_@

Does anyone have a television just sitting around. Mine is working funny, and why bother paying for a new one when someone can give it to me for free.

In your theoretical situation, it would be more like me saying, can someone give me a TV that they don't use because i don't have one.. Why not TRY to get it for free? no harm, no foul...

I personally have no problem with people requesting Buddy Passes. It is a harmless request, as long as the same person isn't spamming threads about it or posting the request in other threads, or being rude, etc...

Unfortunately you will not find a warm response to the requests mainly because the buddy pass threads pop up so much that the regulars grow tired of seeing them. Don't mind the negative comments you receive, they would be the same replies given to any buddy pass thread started.

The best thing to do is just post the request once, and then don't reply when people try to antagonize you.

Anyways, I hope you get one for your cousin, however don't let that stop you. Imo the game is worth spending the 30 dollars or so it costs, especially with the fact that there is stil no subscription fee. Good luck.

The $2 comment was sarcasm.
