Two random questions here...

First, I've finally saved up a few carpenter guild points, and was about to purchase "Bowyering Training" when I started wondering if these were still of any use after that latest crafting updates. Are these relics of the old system or do they still have an impact on crafting in the new recipes?

And second...anyone know the locations for harvesting all-purpose brown dye?

I'm not positive about the training manuals -- It might be similar to how we don't need subs for new recipes, but that they still work for the dated recipes (found this out through crafting leves!)I know that we don't require subs for new recipes so, I'm thinking that manuals aren't helpful towards those either since they are no longer green in menu box when it pops up before starting a synth.

As for the brown dye, I get it from Spearfishing all along the beach in Aleport :)

Should I not ask about the ingredients of the all-purpose brown dye?

There are no ingredients for the all-purpose brown dye -- you spearfish it up as is^^ I hope that's what you were referring to!
