Well, well... i bought the game again, and this time i tried to register the card for this free item (onion helm, or the boots or gloves) and i couln't find where to go. On that card, it says to go to members.square-enix.com/na

I went there, i searched the place where we need to put the code, but there was no place. I even created an avatar in that place. Still can't find the place.

Anyone can help me ? Thank you.

The option to add the codes would be on your service account section. So where you go to your SE account management, you would actually need to have an FFXIV service setup, and there you will have the option to add bonus codes.

Thanks, but when i went in my account, in the account management, it didn't work. I tried to find the place, but i couln't. I tought it was under "Select Service". When i click in there, i have the options of clicking on the FF11 or FF14 icons. Obviously, i go in FF14. Then, i have 3 options :
1. Adding a service.
2. Active service accounts (options list or cancel service)
3. Cancellation of options to be cancelled.

I go in checking the options list, and there is no where i can enter a code in there. If i choose to add a service, it only asks me to enter the Code for the game itself, not the product. I already added the code for the game, so i don't understand why they are asking it again.

I really don't get it.
