When FFXIV first came out over 12 months ago, little do I remember creating a clickandbuy account (but i did) and the credit card I had attached to the account had to be deactivated because of scaming issues ETC ETC ....
so NOW when the billing period starts ... they blocked my account,you try and go to the website to add a new credit card ... dosnt happen. I call them and tell them the problem (mobile phone from australia to england not so cheap - thanks optus.) they send me some rubbish email to follow instructions which leads me around in circles and still gets me nowhere, would not even allow me to add a new credit card (even though it gives you the option) because the FIRST one had been suspended.
THEN I phone again, ask them to close the account so I can make a NEW account and they "cant do that over the phone". They advise me to just "simply" go into my click and cry *cough* buy account and just "simply" close the account from my options menu...you guessed it folks...YOU CANT CLOSE IT...YOU NEED TO CONTACT VIA PHONE TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT !
IVE HAD IT!
(I apologise for the format in which this is written and the random use of capital letters and dots ... but Ive had it with these people and I havnt even started to use the service yet!)
Anyone else having clickandcry problems?
