hey guys, im not so good with understanding PC specs, and im buying a new machine on a budget

a friend recomended this, do you guys think it will be ok for XIV?

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-178-OE

i dont mind if it wouldnt be on high specs but i wouldnt want it to be the bottom either

if not, any recomendations for pre-built machines in the £400-500 range

many thanks

None of your dropdowns were saved in the link, all I see is the default machine.

The i5 is good enough, yes.

But you will want to buy a better graphics card than either available in the dropdown.

So in Short "yes"

In long "save some money for a better Graphics Card for that machine, because it wont runt the game without a better GPU than is available with that machine."

Also, the Solid state drive is a good upgrade for its price and is worth every penny performance-wise.

is there a specific GPU you would recomend?

Many thanks

This is currently the best card for its price vs performance based on quite a few reviews and benchmarks if you can afford it:

In that machine, with a SSD and this GPU, you won't regret it.
