Problem with options listFollow

Hi guys, i've to apologize for my english, but i need a help with FF14.
I've registered my copy of ff14 buyed in a game stop on sept. 14 2010, i stopped playng after a month, and now i decided to try to play it again, but i cannot find my old character, and i can't create another one, because when i log in, the game show me the 50002 error, so i logged the square-enix account, and on select service, ff14, i can see an active service account, but when i click the option lists of my account i can see only this
"This service account cannot perform any actions regarding options.
If you would like to use options, please enter a registration code from a commercial copy of the software and apply it to this service account. "
I've linked my credit card and buyed 1000 crystal, but i cannot do anything, i have reneterd my code, but the key was alredy activated so i cannot reuse it, someone can told me what to do??

Now use the 1000 to select your character.

Once you are logged in into your account, you have to do the following:

Go to Services and Options, click "Select Service", then select FFXIV, it will take you to the FFXIV - Service Accouts, select "Option List", go to Active Options, then you will see the name of your character, select the box next to your character's name and active it.

This should be able to get you into the game after you do this.

Let me know if this doesn't work.

Thanks for replyng but i can't see any character, the only thing that i can see is the text (that i posted up) and the "back to service account" button.
I've opened a ticket at square enix support center, because the original copy of FF14 is here on my desk, i've buyed regularly and they cannot block my account, and i do not want to buy another copy.
I have the feeling that someone have tryed to use my key so they blocked the serial!
If i can help you understand something more, i can post a screen of my account options list.

The guys at the square-enix support center really make me angry! During this time they bloccked my account and send me an e-mail for restoring the password, now i have only a new password -.-
I've opened a new ticket, they told me to buy a new copy, because they think that my copy was for US, but i'm from EU, with an EU account, EU game an EU life an EU connection in a EU home... sigh!
Another ticket is in process now, hope they can find a solution.
If the square-enix support cannot find a solution, and i can only rebuy the game can i try with another support center, there is another one??

finally with the chat support of the square i've found someone that told me that my cd key was registered on another account, all registered with my name and connencted to a my old email wich has been hacked some time ago... really strange, so we changed the email address to a new one and now i can reuse my ff14 account, i've only lost 1000crysta, never mind the goal is to reuse the game.

Thanks to hamtaro that tryed to give me a solution but with a problem like this only the support center can do something.
