FF 11 Vet just starting FF14 and looking for a LS..Follow

Playing times:anytime between 7am and 3pm(eastern time)Monday through Thursday.(I work third shift)Weekends are free.
Looking for an aggressive league,that completes endgame content.(whatever that would be with the everchanging state of the game).I usually like to dps,but will play any role except healer.Watching bars during raids is not my thing,Im not hating,just not my thing.
Im no ninja looter,and dont want to play with any.
Im a 34 year old gamer,so Im also looking for a mature league.
Ive played FF 11,Aeon,DCUO,Rift,DDO(favorite so far)Wow(very short stint)Phantasy Star online,so im no noob when it comes to mmorpg's.Im a team player and I love LOOT!Hit me up!!
