Hey everyone!

I'm new to the ZAM community and just wanted to say hello! ^_^

I hope everyone is enjoying the seasonal event and new patch content! How are people doing on Darklight Drops? So far I've got the eyepatch from CC and the bracers from AV (great town gear! since it has -100hp qq -_-)

Hello and welcome :) Only managed the explorers tunic so far and a few other like-wise low drops. No dark gear though :(

Droprate sucks, or we have terrible luck.

50-100 speed runs and nothing at all from the speed run chest.

I lost count after 50...

Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean welcome :D

Enjoy the community. We have lots of debates and enjoy doing so :) Even though some of us are cynics, we will do our best to help out or to answer questions to the best of our ability :P

I ask this seriously. After that much ineffectual loss, how can you personally stay interested or engaged?

Hmm. Maybe they introduced a new formula to balance the spoils nerds and casuals get;
something like a secret counter that decreases your drop rates by the amount of runs
you participated in throughout the previous 24 hours? Something like droprate fatigue?

Personally, I would laugh my **** off if that was actually the case; but I guess they
would need high walls to break the nerdrage tsunami if this info surfaced...

First of all, if you drop a WoG, the nerd-rager shouldn't have overplayed his hand and held 1-2 creatures back once he saw you hit 4 mana. Second, if we're talking old school, I'd Force of Will that sh*t and carry on with my day. :D

For the record, I haven't played MTG in about 10 years, so I have no idea if these references are relevant anymore. Lillitha, you're officially my new forum buddy for breaking out MTG discussion.

Lol. Well the kid had nothing. I had an enchantment that I was running that allowed me to pick any creature from any graveyard at the beginning of my upkeep, Debtors Nell. What the player failed to think about was I was running WoG and Catastrophe >:). So not only did I do a board wipe, but a mana wipe XD so yar. Winning! In his deck he was not running force of wills. Lol. Oh well!

I just started playing again. I'm running Wolf Run deck, the 2011 world champion deck. My hubbie gets so mad when I play it. That deck is an absolute beast. My hubbie had to switch out some cards in his delver deck for some more invisible stalkers just so he could deal with it.

I don't think force of will is type 2 anymore though. Got my hubbie into MTV about 5 years ago but we stopped due to having kids and we are just now picking it up. I don't think fow was type 2 five years ago either. Can't remeber that far back. I do know this though... F@!*ing slithers! Hate them!
