Talked to a SE agent on chat, and after 5 minutes of waiting they said there wasn't a charge for Crysta on the account, though the $10 for it was already posted on my card. They said it had to be an issue with Click and Buy. After calling them and waiting for 30 minutes on hold, they told me SE already accepted the $10 payment and to tell them that, and gave me a reference number along with a phone number to call them. After another 20 minute hold and mentioning the reference number, they finally added the Crysta to my account and dropped the charge directly to my card.
Lesson learned: SE's billing sucks.
