FFXIV billed card, not reactivatedFollow

Just planned to return to the game only if for keeping the Legacy Campaign price after 2.0 yesterday. I reactivated my FFXIV account, and went to the option list and reactivated my one and only character. It charged my credit card $1, but the character is still cancelled as of today (tried it last night). I charged $10 for Crysta, which charged my card $10, and my account still hasn't received it either. Anyone else having this issue?

It wouldn't surprise me. Their billing system is obtuse in the extreme.

Tried contacting support but they're not in on weekends. Hope I get refunded or the issue worked out one tomorrow.

support is 24/7.. who'd you call? Or is SE really sinking so low 24/7 means 24/5?

I have never known them to take support calls on weekends in the States ever.

The Email and web chat help is out on weekends. Can't find a phone number.

Talked to a SE agent on chat, and after 5 minutes of waiting they said there wasn't a charge for Crysta on the account, though the $10 for it was already posted on my card. They said it had to be an issue with Click and Buy. After calling them and waiting for 30 minutes on hold, they told me SE already accepted the $10 payment and to tell them that, and gave me a reference number along with a phone number to call them. After another 20 minute hold and mentioning the reference number, they finally added the Crysta to my account and dropped the charge directly to my card.

Lesson learned: SE's billing sucks.

Actually, its that Click & Buy sucks, which is something we were all generally aware of.

Ya, the new just enter your CC number and number of days went pretty flawless for me. I was suckered into the perks for 2.0 and legacy. As bad as XIV has been though, it's the MMO I've probably played the most in the last 2 years...which is sad...very very sad.

I just use Ultimate Pay and use paypal through that. Havent had any problems with it.
