Good benchmark?Follow

So I downloaded the benchmark from the official site thinking I was going to see gameplay within it and how well it was going to run. Instead it was just of cut scenes so I don't really know if I can play this without it being choppy as ****. Well anyways my end points were 1110 and the load time was 45178(Low Quality).
I don't really know if this is a good enough benchmark to play this game. If anyone could let me know if this is good or give advise on how I can find out for myself through a different game with similar requirements or something that would be helpful. I'm trying to make sure I can run this without dishing out and finding out I can't really play it.

Specs.
AMD Quad-Core Processor A6-3420
AMD Radeon HD 6520G 512mb gfx system memory
4 gigs of ram
Windows 7

I can't really say for sure if it's gonna be choppy as ****, but it's not going to handle anything other than medium-low settings. Both your processor and CPU need upgrading. 2.0 will have the nerfed graphics engine so you might be able to do a little better then, but with what you have it'll be a gamble.

Its personal preference and all, but yes we need to educate WoW players that this is OUR game, these are Characters and not Toons. Time to beat that into them one at a time.

All those cutscenes were rendered by your computer. Not pre-rendered. So if they were smooth, its likely your game experience will be as well, at least at low settings. That's how the benchmark works.

By the specs you listed, looks like you have a laptop, eh? the 6520G sounds like a mobile card. If so, yes, medium/ low settings would suffice. The game is gorgeous, but you'll be playable on your lappy.

If you are on a desktop, that A6 chip should be complimented by AT LEAST the HD 6850. You can find one used for under $100.

BTW, I ran the benchmark with an FX-8120 and a GTX570, and scored about 3500. That's with 16GB RAM. The videos are slightly choppy on high settings with full screen 1920x1080, but in-game is fine. I just have the default graphics settings (mostly standard).

If you've played D3, Tera, or SWTOR, I will advise that the lag is pretty apparent. I'm on the Ragnorak server so that I could avoid lag, just started playing this morning. Running through town got laggy, which is a disappointment, for sure.

Ok ill pick this up it seems and give it a try. Is the main sites purchase a digital download or an actual shipment of the game and does it come with a 30 day trial?
