Just curious if anyone has been archiving the video/stories of v1? I'm sure that if 2.0 turns out to be even remotely successful, there are going to be a lot of players like myself who'd like to know what they missed, even if they have no desire to slog through the game right now. ****, I'd like to watch videos of the major cutscenes now anyway, if I wouldn't have to play the game to see them.

Never confuse your inference as the listener for an implication of the speaker.

Good games are subjective like good food is subjective. You're not going to seriously tell me that there's not a psychological basis for why pizza is great and lutefisk is revolting. The thing about subjectivity is that, as subjects go, humans actually have a great deal in common.

you can find pretty much all of the cut scenes, major fights and other miscellaneous content on youtube. would probably be nice for you with a playlist though, to keep everything in chronological order.

edit: this guy's channel seems to be what you are looking for: http://www.youtube.com/user/RydiaMist

I looked through some of it. He only has one of the 3 nations starting missions, but the other 2 are easy to find. He seems to have most of the job quests (if not all) and all of the main storyline + grand company storyline up almost to the last fight ( he probably haven't beaten it yet or just not uploaded it yet since it released yesterday).
