Hello everyone! Just wanted to pop in and ask a few questions about the game since this will be the first time I play this game (once ARR hits). 1) Is this a set in a persistent world? Or is almost everything instanced off? and 2) What is the difference between jobs and classes? Are disciples of hand classes/jobs even considered classes, or more like just professions (EX: mining, alchemy, fishing in WoW)? Just a couple of things I would like to know. This game is looking very promising and can't wait to give it a go once ARR is up and running. Oh and one more question: is experience and loot going to be shared? Or is it whoever gets the last (or first) hit gets everything? Also, what is the most unique thing about this game that sets it apart from others (such as GW2, WoW, ect)? Thanks!

The world is open world.

Difference between Jobs and classes? If youre talking about professions. Discipline of war and magic are battle classes while Land and hand are crafting classes.

Unique thing about crafting is that they all kinda intertwine with each other. And as well as you can be every class on one character just by switching your weapon. Spear for lancer then you can equip a staff to become a conjurer. And your jobs each have an individual level. Like you level up lancer to 10 then switch to conjurer you are back at lv1 conjurer... switch back to spear youre back at lv10 lancer.

I think loot is round robin.

And honestly the experience youre gunna have to decide yourself.
