Should i Buy it ? :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

Hello Guys

Im new Here and I'm rly thinking about to buy FF XIV

But i'v got many questions like.

should i better wait for ARR ?
Is ARR a "big" patch or have i to buy it "addon" ?
If i buy Final Fantasy XIV , is there people in my level ? ( beginners )
FFXIV costs 13 Dollar/Euro every month ?

cause of ARR i rly don't know to buy the game in the next few days.... or just wait...
how are the server ? empty or any players ? i know it isn't so much like WoW i think

well ... I hope someone can help me :)

ARR is the complete game. The original FFXIV is going to be completely replaced by ARR, so if you have an old copy of FFXIV, you'll end up downloading ARR from SE's servers.

If you want to play on the PS3, you'll have to buy the PS3 version of ARR.

Subscription rates have been determined for month-to-month billing (entry plan is 10.99 â‚¬), but they haven't released their 3 month or 6 month plans yet which will have a lower monthly rate.

ARR will have fresh start servers which will have new characters only, so if you'd rather start the game with everyone at level 1, you have that option.

In addition, if you are looking for a game to play "right now" I dont even think that the servers are up anymore. Unless you can find a collector's edition or something that you really want a physical copy of, there's not much point to buying right now.
