I don't have Legacy Status!Follow

I was playing a while before it became P2P, as soon as it did, I signed up and played for a long while, more than the amount stated to receive Legacy Status, and yet, I don't have it. In fact, I still have crysta left over for another month. Is there a link anywhere to inquire about this officially?

The OP is saying he paid for the game for the 3 months required during the pay period, but doesn't have it listed on his account.

Let me go dig up some links and investigate further for you...

Edit: Found it. The formal dates are Jan 6th 2012 through October 29th 2012. Paying for any 90 cumulative days of service during that period qualified you for Legacy.

Jan 6th was when billing began.

XIV Crazy, do you see your billing history listed in your SE account? If you did indeed pay for 90 days of service in 2012, and have the billing records to show it, contact Square Enix customer service. They're going to be the only ones that can help.
