Problem with SE not taking my moneyFollow

I pre-ordered the PC collector's edition on may 24. I might be confused on how this works, but i thought they would go ahead and take my money now and just send my stuff when it's released. As of today, the 30th, the money still hasn't been taken out of my account. I've gone to SE's website and checked on my order. Nothing seems to be wrong. Is this normal operations for SE and I should calm down and be patient? Or has SE already taken everybody else's money, and I should dig further into what's going on?

Generally Pre orders are billed during shipping, though I could be wrong.

Well you can go to their support center and open a petition. They are usually gonna answer you within 24hours i have used them a couple of times and they were really helpful and fast.

It would be cool when you get an answer from there to post it here so everyone can know about it.

I did what you said, so I guess we'll see. I'm trying to throw my money at them for this game, why won't they take it?!

Yea..the answer to that petition would probably be somewhere along this lines "Oh we are sorry we will take your money right away" Smiley: lol

Yeah, they haven't taken my money yet either. I've been wondering as well if this is normal. They sent me the pre order key and everything.

I called the number below. I was told it's a pre auth charge then they put the money back in. You will be charged again at shipping and that charge will stick.

I sent a ticket through the SE website. Here's the response I got:
