So my wife lost her emergancy password and she forgot to remove the token off her old phone. Will square be able to reset it for her

If you need to remove the token from the account you can try This Link.

If you have forgotten log in details as well then you will need to contact SE who will ask you to provide proof you are the account holder before they do anything.

Yea usually they will ask something like a copy of your ID so they can verify that you are indeed the holder of the account if you forgot lost the account details.

I had to scan my ID card when it happened to me - all good in the end :)

I have all my reset items/passwords in there; and it's yours privately. Hopefully google doesn't kill this service like it has others. It's an excellent tool.
