Beta Forum Log In DifficultiesFollow

I've actually posted this in another thread, but decided to create a post for it.

I've received my Beta invite, and managed to register the code to my SE account. When I tried to log in to the FFXIV Beta forum, following the link given in the invite, I got the following message:

"認証時の環境との同一性が確認できませんでした。恐れ入りますが再度ãƒã‚°ã‚¤ãƒ³ã‹ã‚‰ãŠè©¦ã—ください"

which translates to:

"Identity and authentication was not found. I'm sorry please try again from the login"

I tried to re-log through the "Log In" option in the Beta forum, but still the same problem. It keep asking me to log in again and again.

I do believe I entered the correct Square Enix ID that the beta code is registered to. To double check, I went to the SE account management and saw FFXIV:ARR Beta code registered under "Permanent Options".

Note: I'm logging in from Singapore with a US account. I do believe some people have the same problem.

Any quick solutions will be greatly appreciated~

Still having the same problem. I can't download the beta client because of this.

Definitely not because of an incorrect ID or password. Does the client have to be downloaded from the Beta forum? or is there an alternative? I do believe even if someone managed to get the client outside forum, they wont be able to enter Beta without the Beta code invite.

I'm dying for FFXIV~!!

Been 3 days now and I'm still having the same problems. Luckily, I managed to get the Beta client from another source and finally get to play some FFXIV:ARR Beta.

Still, I really want to access the Beta forum and know what's going on in there. Right now, I'm only relying on other gaming forums to know about any Beta news and what's going on with the game, and it really frustrates me.

I actually wanted to contact SE support, but I heard they're not giving the "support" that needs to be given currently. So I haven't done so.

Any solutions will be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean they are not giving the support? Every time i asked for help with a petition they helped me. Nevertheless you don't miss anything for trying anyway.

I'm from Singapore and I experienced the exact same thing! I have contacted Square Enix on Saturday for assistance but they have yet to reply me.

So I went around googling for solutions in some forums and there is one which suggested the use of Hotspot Shield for VPN. It didn't work for me, but hopefully it will for you.

Sadly, I missed the entire test last weekend and I was hoping I wouldnt miss it again this coming weekend even if the problem still persists. So, can I please ask where is the other place that you downloaded the Beta client from? If it's not convenient to say here, could you please PM me the site where I can do that? Thanks!

I am getting a similar page when attempting to access the forums. I received my beta key but can't find where to link it with my account. I follow the link in the email I received and it brings me to the beta forums, which aren't working. I tried logging into my Square Enix account but I don't see an option to enter a key.

Yeah, I've tried the Hotspot Shield and it's still giving me the same problem. Apparently, this problem persist because we are accessing from a region which SE does not support. So the only way is to use a Proxy online service, which I've tried and it does work. It managed to send me to the registration which asked me to enter the Forum nickname. Unfortunately, it keep showing "Username is already used" message. So I'm stuck there now.

As for the Beta Client source, I will not post it here, but you can search for it on Google. There's a lot of them available. The link will direct you straight to the SE official download page, which does not require you to log in to download.

@Tehara

The Beta Invitation email should include a link which will direct you to Beta Participation page. It should be easy to spot because there's a picture of Yoshi-P in it. In the page, there should be 2 links; 1 is for the registration code and the other is the Beta forum.

You can enter the key into the client once you get that downloaded. There are two buttons on the client; one to create a Square Enix ID(if you don't already have one) and the other to register the code. I would submit a ticket here anyway to let them know you're having issues. The purpose of the test is for you to be able to login to the forums and leave feedback so they'd probably like to know about your issue.

Currently I'm accessing from Singapore. I do believe people who are trying to access the forum from the Southeast Asia region are having the same problem.

It won't allow me into Lodestone until I CREATE A CHARACTER. That was the message I received.

So, this weekend will be able to get in.
