The fact the class isn't listed in the character pane leads me to believe it isn't in the game yet.

It won't be in phase 3 at all, maybe phase 4. It's a starting class so there is no mystery in how to unlock it. Summoner and Scholar? That will be a different story.

It's confirmed to not be in any of the beta tests. They can change their mind later, but they said Arcanist/Scholar/Summoner won't be in any beta tests as of now.
