Here ya go!

*EDIT* It appeared you gained 1 new slot every 5 levels starting at lvl 10. I'm not sure if there is a cap or not.
lvl 1-9 1 slot
lvl 10-14 2 slots
lvl 15-?? 3 slots

A little confusing, but I think I get it. So basically, a class can use another class's skills if there is a check mark?

With this we could start updating the wiki for XIV. Although, not sure what the plans are for the forums yet. Wint said we would hear soon.

Also of note, I'm sure this probably isn't intended but abilities that have a duration, like protect, still stay on you after you change abilities. Example at lvl 8 my THM had access to Stone, Cure, Aero, Cleric Stance and Protect. I only had one equipable slot so I could cast Protect on myself, then swap it for cure and Protect would still keep its full 30 min duration.

Japanese version, full list @50:

P.S.: The list you posted contradicts the Japanese version in several points.
For example, in the Japanese version Blood Bath does only work for physical
attacks, and Convalescence does not increase heals from abilities...

I can see it now... macros to swap abilities in and out. :p

I think that is what class the skill comes from. Like how the Savage Blade or whatever it's called is the GLA own skill, so that's why it's dark grey. That's my guess.

Every time you change abilities, all your abilities go on cooldown for ~ 1 minute. So this gets annoying fast.
