Not sure if anyone mentioned this before. But i came across a tool I'm character window that allows you to increase stats. I had 5 points and spent it on INT for my THM at level 15. It's like the talent point system in WOW.

I don't really understand what you mean by like a talent system in WOW. If you're increasing your stats manually its just from leveling up in some games and instead of predetermined stat increase (you gained 5 points, and it was distributed with preference to some stats due to your job/class) Where as from what you mentioned you allot where you see fit. Which can be good or bad depending on how you go about increasing the stats.

When you hit lvl 10 you get 3 skill points you can allocate in your character sheet. After that whenever you gain a level you also gain 1 point. I too put my points in INT for my THM.

I didn't get to see how this works in any meaningful way. I rather dislike this sort of system. I hope they have respecing in case someone makes a mistake.

There was a redo option. I didn't mess with it but I would assume it would be free or cost some gil to reset.
