Hey all,
I'm looking for a dedicated endgame progression LS or FC for retail release. I have no qualms about changing to any of the legacy servers, so that's not an issue. As far as what I'm interested in, I'd like to join a group of people with good communication skills and focus and a desire to strive for min/maxing. Those are the core aspects to progression. I am in the CST time zone, but I work nights, so earlier events and late night events are awesome.
What you can expect from me is a dedicated member willing to attend all scheduled events that I sign up for, on time. I listen well and learn quickly. I'm experienced in MMOs (8 years on XI, XIV from release, some WoW, Tera, GW2, more random games lol). I have leadership experience (ran my own salvage LS in XI). I have (had maybe if old gear is outdated now) almost every class/job at 50 and geared (stat caps at 1.0, HQ crafting sets, 180+ perception on DoLs, etc). My "main" classes are BLM and DRG, and I'm excited for arcanist, but I also enjoy MNK and WHM a lot. I am always down to help fellow members out when they need help, whether it be for AF quests, story missions, dungeons, etc.
All in all, I would like to find a home full of like-minded progressionists like myself. I was on Hyperion for 1.0 and I felt like a lot of the population of the server was just not focused. Finding 8 people to do speed runs was rough sometimes, as well as finding 8 quality people for Extreme was nigh impossible. Hopefully I can find a group with a strong core that is able to continually raise the bar and excel at every new dungeon/event released.

<Paradigm> Is a guild consisted of long time friends who have raided with the best of the best in prior MMO's and are making the switch to ARR. We have been part of multiple top 10 US kills in World of Warcraft, and top 10 world kills in SWTOR.
<Paradigm> is looking for members who want to see end game content at a fast pace, and push for server firsts, along with top world kills on a casual schedule. Our raid times are Tuesday-Thursday from 9 - 11 30 PM PST with Sundays 8-11 30 PM PST for progression nights(we may only use Sundays 1-2 times per month when we are on progression fights).
We are also looking for members who do their research. We are not here to hold your hands and carry you through fights, so we expect all members to come to raids prepared(IE food buffs, already repaired, money to repair, and the knowledge of the fight prior to pulling)
