Lodestone - Only 1 Character Shows UpFollow

Has anyone been able to change their active character? I've got two but currently it only shows one and there's no way I can see my second to make it my active. Am I missing something? I've logged out, logged back in, gone to "active character settings", it still only shows the first one I made.
