Insta Level Quest? :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

This is the first phase of Beta I've played and I haven't had a ton of playtime due to my schedule. My friend says there was a quest in an earlier phase that allowed you to insta level a class up to some level (15?) once you had already leveled one job up to that point. The idea was to allow people to try different classes.

Does this still exist? If so, would anyone mind telling me which NPC initiates it? I'd like to mess around on a mage class a bit before the Beta ends tonight.

It was in earlier phases but the requirements have changed.
