Hey,

I pre-ordered the pc version to get bonus items roughly a month ago and they didn't have the codes on the receipt. The employee said there was nothing yet. I called back a few days ago and they still had nothing. I only ordered this version as I wanted the game disk as I'm legacy. Did anyone else from Canada pre-order from ebgames get the bonus items code?

I pre-ordered my game at a local EB as well. No code on my receipt either and the salesperson didn't have a clue. I'm waiting it out a bit at this point, but once the early release access date is announced I will be going back again.

Let me know if you are able to get yours. Smiley: smile

I too pre-ordered Final Fantasy XIV from the EB games in my area, and did not receive a pre-order code from either the employee on or the receipt. I e-mailed EB Games, telling them where I'd ordered the game from (the store number should be located on your receipt), and told them that a pre-order code was supposed to have been added, and asked how I could go about getting it.

They replied that they were sorry I did not receive my code, and that my request was sent to their "Premiums Department" for review and processing. Later that night, I got another e-mail from them, with the pre-order code inside.

So, I'd suggest firing off an e-mail to EB Games (help@ebgames.ca), tell them when and where you ordered the game from (but don't disclose any personal information), and ask them about getting the pre-order code. They should be able to help you out...

i buy games from them all the time. since the bonus item codes are for when the game launches, your going to get them when your supposed to pick them up. it's either going to be inside the package, or it will be a sticker or something.

if it's pre-order bonuses from SE, it will most likely be in the package as thats how it was done with the CE for 1.0

The bonus code allows early access so you need to be given it before release.

oh is that what he meant? the OP said items so i assumed he was talking about in game bonus. if its for early access, in 1.0 the CE was released a week early than the regular edition so maybe it will be done the same way.

I pre-ordered at EB in store. I requested the EA Codes and he wrote them down on my receipt off a sheet he had. Call your store, ask for a manager.

I bought from EBgames Canada online on June 27th. On the website it says they send the codes "weekly" so I waited a week. Since I didn't receive anything, I send an email to customer support ( help@ebgames.ca ) to mention that I hadn't received my code. A few days later they sent it.
