[FC] Reflect Free Company [Behemoth] Leveling/End-Game :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

We are a non-legecy LS/FC and will all be starting from lv.1 during early access.

Reflect was founded in 2007 as a Linkshell on Final Fantasy XI with the idea that all members are created equal and that members should be rewarded for the time and effort they put into the group whether it be helping other members with Missions/Quest or doing large scale events.

We became a very strong and talented group of players completing most everything the game had to offer. The core group of Reflect would like to carry over our success and teachings of respect and loyalty to a Free Company in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. We would like to stay a smaller FC that focuses more on the quality of our members rather then the quantity. Honing our skills with each other and growing as a tight team of players. Thus never exceeding the 35-40 member mark.

Our main goal with Reflect will be to progress very quickly throughout the leveling and crafting process and arrive at End-Game in a timely manner. Then outfit our members with the best gear possible in order to establish ourselves as one of the dominate Free Companies on our server. To do this will require the teamwork and strategic planning that has become a staple of Reflect throughout the time we spent on Final Fantasy XI. The harder you work towards achieving the goal of the Free Company the more you will get out of it.

What we are looking for in members:

~Dedicated players willing to improve their skill level as well as progress at a reasonable pace through the game.

~Players who are interested in a close knit community.

~Players who can refrain from starting drama (any sort of drama is strictly prohibited)

~Players willing to help others progress.

What members can expect from us:

~Dedication and fairness from FC leaders.

~A team of leaders that have downed the majority of End-Game HNM/Bosses from FFXI, WoW and other notable MMORPGs and are skilled in formulating strategies.

~A point based system that will be implemented for End-Game events to ensure that members get what they deserve for the time they invest.
(FC bank wishlist etc)

~A smaller more unit based FC (no more than 35-40 players) to ensure smaller group content (8 man) as well as large scale alliance (24 man) tactics stay familiar between members and everyone is a part of FC events. And most importantly that nobody gets left behind.

~Help with various quest/missions to help you progress as a member and player.

~An active Ventrilo server that will always remain free for all members to use anytime no matter what they may be doing solo/quest/events etc.

~A constantly updated website and forum with news/strategies/pictures and videos.

We will have spots for hardcore and casual players alike. Ventrilo access is a requirement as we will have our own server. If you are interested in joining us just register at the following website and apply on our forums.
