Phase 4Follow
I heard if we did not register for this prior to July 22nd, 2013 we won't get in. Is this true? I would like to begin with everyone else and start at level 1. I like the race to level 50, not that I will try, but I would rather see people just beginning, rather than a majority of players level 30+.
I think you will have to reapply once phase 4 starts, wait for SE to send you a code and then enter it and play. That is if you haven't been in any phase yet.

So, it looks like I could be in the Phase 4, but maybe delayed since I will register when it begins. Darn... Thanks for source. Looks like I have to get over everyone beginning at level 1 with me.
