Now I know there is alot of crazy beta threads about the short time frame for P4 and the lvl 20 cap. Which I could careless about I wont be home that weekend anyway :(. But do you think that 2 days is enough to test the stability of the servers ( I say 2 because thats when the masses get in) .

I can see alot of crazyness going on like the Patcher going down, main log in being to full , than the servers being to full and crash (starting zones being to packed) I understand there making this a free trial of sorts but what if things like this happen how is this gonna show the game off? I think it should have been atleast an extra 2 days incase things are down for a full day. If something happens the way it is now we might just miss most of the open beta..

Well there is always a chance of running into problems and we most likely gonna run into. But if the other phases and especially phase 3 were an indication for the stability I am pretty sure that by the end of the 1st day they will fix stability problems that we will have.

Some may say I am too positive but that's what I hope if like I said I take into consideration the smaller scale phases. Phase 3 had problems if I recall the first day but they fixed it fast and we moved on.

oh trust me I hope everything goes without an issue I want everyone to play this game and love it so it stays alive for a really long time. In the offchance P4 goes to **** how would everyone react? I think I would just sit back and relax and wait for early access , yea i might be alittle sad cuz my ffxivarr crack is wearing off. lol

Alpha was an eye opener I think, it was impossible to play that first weekend. By the end of Phase 3 they were rock solid. I think they have things dialed in for the most part.

I would expect some issues particularly at launch, because what game hasnt had shaky servers day 1?

This. I won't be taking the day off from work for sure Smiley: laugh

However, I think they'll probably do pretty well between open beta and early access they should know about how much hardware they'll need.

Yea I agree every game had problems with release. I guess I want it to work well because I have in the back of my mind that it went well in the previous phases. Then again I can't guess the number of players we will be having.
