Missing Character List?Follow

Hello there,

I have not logged into my Square Enix account management for a few months,
but im sure the last time I did, there was a list of my characters under "Services and options".

My characters was listed here, along with the Legacy status ect.
However, now when I log in it simply shows the legacy badge, and no list of characters, or beta access flag.

Have I missed something or am I looking in the wrong place like a moron? (it was months ago, so im kinda vague where it was exactly)

I checked on the character search on Lodestone, and my character is there with all the relevant levels and achievements - so I am slightly confused.

Also as a sub question, I had the crown you get for all classes/crafts at 50... now there is a new class how will this affect gaining the crown? Will it be similar to Maats Cap in FFXI? Where you only had to max the jobs from the original game + first expansion.
