We are looking to fill some spots in a free company on the Hyperion server.

First, a little bit about who we are. We are based on a sturdy core group of RL friends returning from 1.0. We all were very established players in FFXI and understand that while it might not be the same game, the atmosphere and community of each will share a lot of similarities. We choose to use that to our advantage. We have all been there and done that with bleeding edge progression guilds, but as we grow older we understand we can have the same type of success without the dictatorial structure that usually comes along with it.

We are looking for like minded individuals who have the self motivation and initiative to make it happen.

No class or level requirements right now. We do have lots of level and lots of gill, but if you are coming to Eorzea for the first time, you are in good hands.

• We will be very active. Organized events in evenings and a bunch of us work from home to hold down the fort even during the day. Weeknights and Sunday are probably our peak days (basically not Fri or Sat). Three+ nights a week of organized events to be expected. That said.....

• Absolutely no obligations for attendance. Though most of us would indeed consider ourselves “hardcore” gamers and yet we believe "RL" to be an admissible excuse for anything. Jobs, kids, weddings, sports... life goes on outside the game.

• Lots of existing crafters, LOTS of existing gil (Will this go toward a free company housing? We need more info but leaning toward YEAH!)
• Voice chat available, used, but not 100% expected.

The only thing required is that you have motivation and the desire to progress. We are definitely here to play and progress. Not looking for the most elite or GTFO, just looking for progressive players who have no problem putting forth the necessary effort every chance they get.
