Please help :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

First I'm sorry if this has been already answered but I'm desperate.

I signed up for phase 3 and was accepted and Square sent me a PC code by mistake and by the time it was corrected it was to late for me to play. I was very disappointed because I really want to play but I accepted sometimes stuff happens and they're is nothing you can do about it. So I signed up for phase 4 and I got my email yesterday. Unfortunately for me I was in class and didn't get a chance to download it.

As soon as I got home from work I tried to download the client to my PS3 and when I entered the code it gave me "the code you entered may not be correct or no longer be valid" message. My account is linked to square and I even tried the create a UK account trick but I still get the same message.

Am I out of luck again? Can anyone help me?

If you had the intention to buy the game, one option would be to cancel whatever pre-order you had and buy it on PSN. It appears that it's the exact same client. It hasn't been confirmed officially I think, but I have both the PSN purchase and registered successfully a P4 code, and there's only one client I can download.

Not that the game client works for any PS3 in North America at the moment :/

I'm a little frustrated with SE right now...

Is the beta code only good for a short while? If you don't enter it within a few hours of receiving it does it void it? Very confused right now

Finally Got it to accept the code. Didn't do anything different just kept putting it in over and over again and about the 30th try it took it and I'm downloading now.
