Did they ever fix the CE preorder problem?Follow

I remember reading something along the lines of if you make a P3 beta character they apply the pre order bonuses onto said character, on official launch the character will carry over but the pre order items wont carry on to that character the only way to get them to work after launch is to make a new character.

Anyone know anything about that?
