do you think we'll still have the server population problems wer having now? i.e not being able to join the servers we want due to them being full? I mean that IS teh point of this beta... to stress test teh servers right? so the whole "full" thing should be fixed for launch right? Like instead of not letting use create a character or get into the server itll still let us create a character and get into the server even if it is full but have us stand in a queue until space is available instead of just downright not letting us in... right?
Nope. I'm fairly sure they've bottle-necked the servers due to congestion issues. So once things in log-ins settle down somewhat we'll open up more concurrent log-ins per server.
During Early Access/Official launch it might get tight for a bit, but I have a feeling one the initial log-in surge is done (give it a day or so) things will settle in.

Are all servers noticing congestion or just certain ones? I'm curious about Ultros myself.

Ccongestion is across the board. Just look at the official Twitter feed and you'll see what I mean. Tomorrow will be rough too, but that's what this test is for anyway.
IIRC this is the true stress test. so this is expected and will give them room to expand their servers to where they need to be at launch.

So what are people saying?
They can not log on too the servers they want too because the servers are full?.. What ever server you log onto now you are tied too for official launch? You will have to pay to change servers later?
If that is the case it could cause a problem where I cancel the game. My girlfriend is home right now playing and if I get home from work and can not be on the same server as her and I also have friends and Zam. If I can not play on the same server as my girlfriend, Zam or my friends I will be done for sure.

I am sure they will work on not only adding new servers, but expand the existing servers, I doubt you will have a problem creating a character on your girlfriends server.
