Payment history :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

Hi folks,

So following the open beta weekend I am looking forward to returning to FF14. I bought the CE edition and subbed for a while back on 1.0 release, but quit due to 1.0.

Anyway, I logged into my SquareEnix account to double check stuff, and I can't seem to identify two things I am after.

Firstly (as I said) I bought the CE of the game, but when I look at Confirm Service History my service box says the following:

Aug. 18, 2013 FINAL FANTASY XIV Registered

My problem with this is firstly the date - this was the date I registered for the open beta. Obviously the original registration date would have coincided with 1.0 release. Also, it just says FF XIV, nothing about it being a CE.

My other query is how do I check my payment history? I'd like to know if I subbed for 3 months - which I think I did.

I talked to a SE chat person about it and they said it wont say anything about CE. And that mine has CE items attached to it. but right now all you see is FFxiv service and the only option is remove or the like. So you should be ok. There is apayment history option ont he left also. It would say legacy if you try to log onto the lodestone i believe.

Mine doesnt say anything abut CE either.. But I got 1.0 Collectors.

Lodestone, that brings back memories. got a web address for it, I seem to have various results in google, mostly JP and illegible to me.

I actually found the right lodestone webpage (I think) but it said something about having no active characters so didn't allow a log in.

I tend to delete characters when I leave games to free up names for others.

Actually, a thought. I would have bought the EU version of the game, but have moved to America. Is that the trouble?
