Code invalid? o.oFollow

well I finally registered my pre-order code and got a new code but when I try to redee, it on the ps3 says Code may not be correct or no longer valid, anyone else getting this?

How many digits is the new code? You may have accidentally clicked the PC option? If so, and you haven't installed the beta 4 client, you may have to contact SE.

I'm having the same issue. Is there any way to tell if I have an EU code (should be NA) or is that the only possible explanation?

Same issue here. I have the 12 digit code but I keep getting the dreaded promo code "you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid". This is after already receiving an email from SE. And I check my Services List in Account Management to only see the Beta listed; no Early Access confirmation in sight. Do we just assume we have an EU code and that is why it is not working, as previous poster suggested? Therefore we are supposed to wait for another email from SE with a new, correct 12 digit PS3 code?

Some interest points: you can link your account on the na.finalfantasyxiv.com to your PSN account under My Profile -> Settings, though my PS3 code still doesn't work. Here are some pictures:

I also noticed that, while FFXIV is registered on my na.finalfantasyxiv.com account, it does not actually show up on my secure.square-enix.com account.

Is the same thing true for any of you that have confirmed Early Access? It seems like it should be since none of us have logged in to link our service accounts yet, but I want to confirm my thinking is correct.

EDIT: As to my earlier question of whether or not I had a EU instead of NA code, perhaps the address on the bottom of the email with my 12 digit code has evidence:

SE Address in London

Any other successful NA PS3 players with a different address, or is that address universal?

I had the same problem in phase4. Got the same exact message. Can't guarantee it will work for you but I just kept entering the code again and again after about 20-30 tries it finally accepted it.

I've got a 12 digit code for my son's account and it says it's invalid, too.Missing EA isn't a big deal to us, but if this affects his getting his bonus items, then it'll get ugly.

Same issue for me. I submitted a ticket to SE support and gave them my EA code and my Promotion SE code.
And while I finially got the email comfirmation, I've yet to get SE supports answer to my ticked submission.

Invalid or expired. Stressed out again, so I'm going to jump in a lake and swim today.

-Edit - On a different note, I got through on the site and the site gave me a 12 digit code. I entered the code in the PS3 and all is well. Now, the e-mails they promised to 1. Send when I could enter the first code, and 2. Containing the second code and information to enter that code, have not arrived. My correct address is listed in my account. I am so glad I hit screenshot and wrote my code down in three places before that code page timed out. This is a mess, I just got lucky.

Those finishing lines are everywhere!! When I get the chance to log in to Lodestone I'm going to request Swimming as something to do. Maybe after a couple of levels, you can dive, get scuba gear and find treasure! I'm just sayin. I thought about it as I was swimming yesterday.

Not yet, but at least SE support sent me an email acknowledging I sent them a ticket. It was vague and general and didn't mention the actual issue. They said they would reply with 48 hours. Geez.

We had the same issue with my GF's code, all she did was enter it in again right after she got the error and it worked just fine for her. Try it out and see what happens.
