sorry to be a burden and if these questions have been answered in multiple threads, i started to look but i thought it was better to ask.
I bought the game via the SE EU store the collectors edition which entitled me to the early access and all the shiny goodies, i received the early access code today and followed the instructions, and decided to make a square enix global account
again apologies if these have been answered before but -
which log in details do i now use to log into the game ? the site i bought the game from? or the square enix global site, where i used to log in with my old 1.0 account ( non legacy hence why i bought the game fresh )
and how will both sites coexist with each other? one is where the collectors edition of the game is registered ( Se store Eu ) and the other is where the early access code is registered ( SE global )
finally will i receive a new email detailing the collectors edition items? i know we get them on launch but are they tied with either accounts.
again apologies if they have already been answered, but the email was not .. detailed enough :P

When I put in my email to redeem my pre order code, I used the same email I used for my SE account linked with my 1.0 account. It sounds like you used 2 different accounts? When I put my pre order code in on the redeem website, I was able to choose ps3 or pc and then I submitted that and got an early access code. You need to take that early access code and follow the instructions in the middle of the page. There was a link and I just followed that and it took me to my original 1.0 account and it listed everything I had access to for my account. Did you ever make it to that screen?

yup, minus the legacy items - i used a new account because i wanted a fresh start, and i didnt know i could use this with my old account ( i wasnt legacy you see .. only subbed for 2 months )

If you made it that far and clicked next, I'm pretty sure all that will be on the new account. Did it also include any digital items you had from 1.0 like the onion helm, garlond goggles, or asuran armguards?
EDIT: If it did include any digital items you had from 1.0, then you linked it to your old 1.0 account. If you had the items, but it didn't show up in that list, then it sounds like the pre order code was put on your new account. It was weird how I had to make a 2nd account just for the pre order website and then once I got the 2nd code, I just linked that to my old account. I don't see why they didn't just let us only have 1 account in the first place.

i made a new account and didnt tie in the old one, all i had was garlond goggles so nothing lost :P
so i take it i log in with the square management systems, my early access will work from that, but that page states that i have FF14 and not the collectors edition, is that a separate email i will get ?

Yes, you use your Square Enix ID to log into the game. As far as your account not showing the collector's edition, I think that's normal. Depending on whether or not you're PC or PS3 your in-game items should be delivered to you.
