My Dad ordered me the Collector's Edition on the Online Square Enix with his e-mail and store account with some of the money I made over the summer. We have not received any recent e-mails that I will need for Early Release and I am thinking I may miss out on it. I was thinking the process would be when my Dad receive the code, I would register my game account for Early Access and redeem the code to get in. Things seem like they may be more complicated. I am the only one with the game account which should be differant than the store version. Any ideas on what will happen?
if you go back to the email when you purchased it it gave you a code in the email with a sequence like XXXXXX-###-XXXXXX-###. That is the code you enter in to get your early access Code, you then use the code you just recieved to register your early access / CE.
No emails have been received yet but when we log in to the store account we found a serial number that fitted in the registration page but did not work. The account store also has pre-order bosses to download.
When you purchased the Game The Digital Copy you were given the Code I stated above.... If you did not copy that code you were also sent an Email when you purchased the game. Check your spam / Junk folder. if you dont have the email you are checking the wrong email.
We tried to use the serial number to redeem for registration but it did not work. We recently got a e mail about the physical game box being delivered but I don't think that will come in time and I have no idea if it comes wiyh any registration codes to turn accounts into Collector's edition. I don't think I will get in early access but I hope thats the only ***** up. I think I can download the in game stuff though.

go to www.findmyorder.com, it will ask for the email address that was used to place the order and the last 5 didgits of the credit card used. If you can provide this information and login it will show you the invoice and the serial number that you need.
