LF Linkshell & Server =)Follow

Greetings.

I am seeking Linkshell recruitment prior to or during Early Access. This will determine the server on which I create my character. I will be heading in a caster direction as opposed to the melee route I took in FFXIV. Typically, I am more skilled at casting classes, particularly healers, than anything else.

Past MMOs:
FFXI
World of Warcraft (Currently still playing)
Rift
Aion
Warhammer
Guild Wars
Guild Wars 2
Star Wars: The Old Republic (Currently still playing)
FFXIV

Notable Experience/Leadership:
FFXI: Officer of HNM LS. Guild Leader of Dynamis LS.
World of Warcraft: Officer of raiding guild through Vanilla & BC. Promoted to GM in Wrath & Cataclysm.
SWTOR: Officer of PVP Guild.

What I am looking for in a Linkshell:
-Adult Membership (18+)
-Skilled players. GM, Officers & members who are not afraid of constructive criticism with willingness to research, adapt and change if necessary.
-Means of Communication through Ventrilo, Mumble or Teamspeak.
-A gaming environment free of "online police." I am not looking for language/conversation restrictions.
-Elitism where elitism is due. If you have the skills to back up your words, then I think it's quite necessary to have an elitist or few in the guild. It's just natural gaming evolution.

Although I may come across very cut and dry, I do know how to have a good time and am looking forward to a fun social environment as well.
