main & mule at the same timeFollow

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to play my main character and mule on the square enix account at the same time? 1 on pc and 1 on the ps3 & on the same server.

I am currently on Excalibur (which has a new character creation restriction at the present). so i made a test mule on Kujata server and it worked, could play my mule on the ps3 while mining on my main (on pc). However when i tried to refine the experience to EU servers, it kept telling me i am still logged on. Does that mean i can't play a main and a mule simultaneously on the same server zone?

I remember an article regarding the cross platform and account usage, which mentioned something of a possibility and my 1st try sort of showed it. but for the EU servers didn't. Does any one have more expertise on this? any info or the link to the topic will greatly help.

This thread mentions you can dual box playing on PC + PS3 with one SE account, but you need two service accounts. Not sure exactly what the means though.
