Downloading FFXIV ARR. Help! I'm stupid!Follow

Where do I download? I have FFXIV 0.1. But have not beed in any betas, therfore i dont have the beta client server to download from. So where do i go? I dont have early acces. So is that why i cant find where to download yet? EU btw. A link or something had been great!

If you don't have EA nor were in any betas you can't download the client currently.
