Grand Company Leve's :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

So I started the epic grind to get a relic by spamming some Grand Company Leve's for seals.

But the only ones I can find cap at lvl29 (25+4 difficulty).

Are there any more locations to start GC Leve's? I mean seems a bit odd to make lvl 50s one shot mobs for seals. Seems far too easy, and low number of seals awarded.

The other ways I can find are FATEs which offer about 30-50 seals each and hunting logs. Maybe if I find higher lvl FATEs I would receive more seals, but I am unsure because its synced so the battles are always quite hard.

Also theres a red "locked" quest next to the Maelstrom desk... it states its for Maelstrom members only... but I am rank 4 ( first tier, Corporal) How to unlock his quest?

I can't seem to find any GC leves that are above level 25, does anyone have an info on level 30 GC leves? I couldn't find anything.. thanks in advance.

EDIT: Ok I found out how to unlock the level 30 Grand Company leves. You need to achieve the first rank in the "Sergeant" tier, then travel to Costa Del Sol... there should be 'Grand Company Leves' NPC on your map with a '!'

EDIT: Lv35 GC leves are @ Dragonhead (requires 1st tier of sergeant)
