Last weekend during Beta phase 4, Crystal Light was unable to progress in the story line past 15, the quest giver right before the first dungeon just wasn't giving a quest. So we wrote a bug report in the beta forum like good little beta testers..
They reported it was fixed as one of the issues that ha been corrected, which is good because it killed our progress last weekend.
Anyways, this morning she still couldn't access the main story line quests and we're right back to square one.
Anybody else having this issue?

Sorry, wish I could help but I'm not having that problem. I'd go to the new forums and do another bug report. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much else you can do unless she wants to re-roll. It might be something up with her character. Wish I could help more.

Yeah I did make a thread in the bug forum on the main forums...
Nobody had anything really helpful there either... I think its just one of many problems SE is dealing with today.
Worst case scenario we re-roll her toon.
The patch notes mentioned abandoning the quest and starting over. I don't know if it applies to this specific quest, but it can't hurt to try.

You certain they're looking in the right place? Maybe a step was missed along the way in the questline.
lol why werent all these issues fixed during the FOUR beta phases they had?
